People describe NyHavn like it used to be some sort of crazy Sodomorra where Danish sailors hit land and immediately lost their Ludfisk-loving minds.

These days, however, it seems like more of a place where foreign tourist hit land to sample Danish food and drink (impressively good!) Danish beer on a historic harbourfront in the middle of the city.

SO, yea, its kind of touristy. But its pretty. There’s people watching. And there are TWO really good ice cream shops! Hop off that canal cruise and explore Nyhavn!
